For our client in Gräfelfing, we are looking for an Order Entry and Customer Service Clerk (m/w/d)
in Direct Placement



Your tasks: You will process incoming customer orders from various channels such as email, web, EDI, phone, and fax, including correct order and invoice preparation.


As part of the order processing, you will act as a competent point of contact for customers, sales teams, and internal departments, and have all individual agreements in mind.


You will also professionally work with their transport partners in land and air freight transportation.


With care and organizational skills, you will coordinate the shipment of finished goods and trade goods, and schedule pick-up, ongoing, and backorder orders.


You will create all necessary shipping documents while adhering to the specific regulations for hazardous materials declaration and export documentation.


Furthermore, you will process customer complaints and prepare invoice corrections - your customer-oriented work style is always reliable.


Your profile: You have a commercial education, e.g. as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/w/d), and have already gained experience in a comparable position or are a talented newcomer.


In dealing with MS Office and EDV systems like EDI, SAGE100 Inventory Management, and Atlas, you are proficient.


You convince with communication strength, fluent German and English skills, and service mentality.


Both independently and in interdisciplinary teams, you stand out for your process-oriented work style and maintain a overview even in critical situations.
