Your role

As Order Administrator, you are the hub in our order processing (= standard customer orders). You ensure that standard orders from A to Z run smoothly. You receive order requests from customers, carefully checks them for completeness and processes them accurately in our SAP system.

Your role:

• First point of contact: Customers can turn to you with all their questions about standard orders
• Proactive communicator: You keep customers informed about the progress and ensure clarity
• Connecting link: You coordinate between planning, sales support, operations, and other departments for optimal collaboration
• Data guardian: You keep all order data and statuses up-to-date in SAP

With your keen eye for detail and organizational talent, you ensure that every order runs smoothly and all involved parties remain well-informed.

In this role, you will report to the Logistics Manager and will therefore be part of the logistics team at Sarpi Ecoservices BE.
