Position: Estimator

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity take-offs from executive projects and technical specifications.
• Develop detailed budgets, considering all inputs, labor, and indirect costs.
• Analyze and review prepared budgets, ensuring the accuracy and quality of data.
• Monitor the budgetary performance of construction sites, identifying and reporting deviations.
• Collaborate in price negotiation with suppliers and service providers.
• Participate in the preparation of management reports on the budgetary status of projects.

Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.

Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of budgeting software (such as OrçaFascio or Sienge), advanced Excel proficiency, and understanding of technical standards and construction costs. Pipefy system will be considered a differential.

Hiring Format: PJ (Person Juridica - Legal Entity/Contractor)
