Bridge Crown Consulting is partnering with a reputable, modern dental practice in Palmerston to recruit an Oral Health Therapist or Hygienist. This role offers flexibility, excellent support and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a community-focused clinic just outside Darwin.
About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting patients’ long-term oral health through:
Providing preventative and periodontal care including scaling, polishing and hygiene services
Conducting oral health assessments and developing tailored treatment plans
Educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive strategies
Performing orthodontic assessments and treatment within your scope
Working collaboratively with an experienced dental team across your full clinical scope
What We Are Looking For
AHPRA registration (or eligibility) as an Oral Health Therapist or Hygienist
Warm, communicative and patient-centred approach
Strong clinical skills with excellent attention to detail
Team-oriented attitude with a professional, friendly demeanour
Current Professional Indemnity Insurance
Ability to obtain an NT Radiation Licence (support available)
Ability to obtain an NT Working with Children Clearance
