Job Profile: Oracle Supply chain Planning Consultant (Techno-Functional) Job Type: Long-time based contract Job Opportunity Location: 100% Remote in Mexico Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with deep knowledge in Oracle Planning Cloud , specifically in Demand Planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) modules. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical solution design and business process optimization, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a deep understanding of Oracle Planning Cloud's capabilities and limitations. Key responsibilities include: • Designing and implementing Oracle Supply Chain Planning solutions for clients, focusing on Demand Planning and S&OP modules. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. • Providing technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders and clients. • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Oracle Planning Cloud and related technologies. • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. • Participating in project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely delivery and quality results. • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed. • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on project progress and outcomes. The ideal candidate will have: • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Planning, with a focus on Demand Planning and S&OP modules. • Strong understanding of business processes and operations, particularly in the supply chain management domain. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision. • Proficiency in Oracle Planning Cloud, including its various modules and features. • Familiarity with other relevant technologies and tools, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software. • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related field. • Certification in Oracle Supply Chain Planning (OSCP) is a plus.
