About the job Oracle Principal Cloud HCM Consultant Duties and responsibilities: The Principal Consultant has expertise in more than one complex enterprise application. This position has functional skills in cross-functional areas and enabling technologies. This position is responsible for identifying areas of improvement in the functionality of the installed enterprise applications and/or systems. The individual in this role plans, designs and implements the assigned enterprise applications and/or systems. The Principal Consultant will work closely with the client to understand their business needs and develop a comprehensive solution that meets those needs. The Principal Consultant will also be responsible for providing training and support to the client's end-users. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The individual in this role must have experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM and other related technologies.
