Oracle OIC and PAAS Trainer

We empower professionals and organizations to bridge the gap between legacy systems and modern cloud architecture. We are currently seeking a subject matter expert to lead our high-end technical training sessions for the Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) stack. Role Overview Position: Part-Time Technical Trainer (OIC, VBCS, PCS) Compensation: ₹12,00,000 (12 LPA) Location: Remote / Hybrid (as per company policy). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and delivering high-quality training sessions for Oracle Cloud technologies, with a focus on OIC. Key Responsibilities: • Design and deliver high-end technical training sessions for the Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) stack. • Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and assessments. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date. • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. • Stay current with Oracle Cloud technology advancements and incorporate best practices into training sessions. • Participate in the development of new training programs, courses, and materials as needed. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. • 3+ years of experience in designing and delivering technical training sessions for Oracle Cloud technologies. • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other Oracle Cloud services such as VBCS and PCS. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
