Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant (Core HR & Talent Modules) Location: Milan, Italy (onsite) Engagement Type: Permanent (FTE) or Contract Experience Level: 4–15 years Language Requirement: Fluent Italian (mandatory) Overview We are seeking experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultants to support a live Oracle Cloud HCM environment and ongoing enhancements. This role will focus on post-go-live (AMS/run support) as well as continuous improvement across core HR and talent modules. This role requires strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically Core HR and Talent Modules, with ability to analyze business requirements and develop functional designs for implementation. The ideal candidate should have experience in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud, including data migration, testing, and deployment. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to provide training and support to end-users on the use of Oracle HCM Cloud. Key responsibilities include: • Analyze business requirements and develop functional designs for implementation • Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud, including data migration, testing, and deployment • Provide training and support to end-users on the use of Oracle HCM Cloud • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize enhancements and improvements • Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations and processes • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance and efficiency of the system.
