Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in end-to-end implementation and support across any region (US, UK, EMEA) and any Oracle HCM Core module. Key Responsibilities Lead and support end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and ongoing support projects. Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, define solutions, and perform system configuration. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and timely deliveries. Provide expert-level guidance on best practices for Oracle HCM implementation, configuration, and maintenance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM product releases, features, and best practices. Provide training and support to internal teams on Oracle HCM implementation, configuration, and maintenance. Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to share experiences and lessons learned with colleagues. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Analytics. Provide expert-level guidance on the use cases, features, and best practices for each module. Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of Oracle HCM Cloud modules. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
