Oracle HCM Consultant

We are seeking Oracle HCM Consultants with 3–10 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for multiple opportunities across India. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and deliver scalable, high-quality HCM solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and/or support end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Key Skills: Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
