Aufgaben

Tasks:

• Consultation and support for customers in implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM solutions
• Analysis of business processes and requirements
• Collaboration with technical teams to integrate Oracle HCM
• Conducting training sessions and workshops for end-users
• Support for customers in continuous improvement and automation of HR processes through AI integration

Qualifikation

You:

• Have been professionally active for 5+ years in the consulting field?
• Aren't shy about contacts and are communicative?
• Are blessed with a growth mindset and want to keep moving forward in life?
• Believe that your potential is still far from being exhausted?

Requirements:

• Experience in implementing and adapting Oracle HCM solutions
• Knowledge of integrating cloud-based HR systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex business requirements
• Team-oriented attitude with well-developed communication skills
• Willingness to continuously learn new technologies
