Oracle Fusion HCM - Tech Lead

As an Oracle professional, you will work with leading clients to deliver transformation initiatives across HCM, with a strong focus on Payroll.

Help organizations modernize their payroll capabilities by leveraging Oracle Fusion HCM. You will operate as a hybrid leader, combining functional expertise with hands-on technical execution across integrations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT
• Drive requirements gathering, solution design, testing strategy (SIT/UAT), and post-go-live stabilization
• Manage and mentor functional and technical team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Design and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs (REST/SOAP), and data interfaces
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions using BI Publisher and OTBI
• Troubleshoot complex payroll and integration issues, ensuring system reliability and data accuracy
• Support data extraction, transformation, and migration processes (HCM Extracts, HDL as applicable)

Requirements

• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll (implementation and/or support)
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Integrations (OIC)
• APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Reporting tools: BI Publisher and OTBI
• Ability to operate in a technical role (50/50 split)
• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholders in complex environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight payroll cycles
• Advanced English communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-country payroll environments
• Knowledge of Core HR, Absence, or Time & Labor
• Familiarity with HCM Extracts and data migration tools
• Experience integrating payroll with external vendors, banks, or ERP systems
