Oracle Fusion HCM - Tech Lead

Help organizations modernize their payroll capabilities by leveraging Oracle Fusion HCM. You will operate as a hybrid leader, combining functional expertise with hands-on technical skills and knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM. This role is responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Key responsibilities include: • Providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams on Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, configuration, and customization. • Collaborating with project managers and team members to develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. • Ensuring compliance with PwC's quality standards and methodologies. • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed. • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Oracle Fusion HCM and related technologies, and applying this knowledge to improve project delivery. In addition to your technical skills, you will also be expected to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members. You should have a strong understanding of the payroll process and be able to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
