We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant – Oracle Fusion HCM with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. The role requires deep functional expertise, client-facing capability, and hands-on ownership of solution design and delivery.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills & Experience

12+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion / Oracle E-Business Suite HCM
Minimum 4 full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations as a Functional Consultant
Strong expertise in:
- Business process analysis
- Requirement gathering & solution design
- End-to-end implementation ownership
Hands-on implementation experience in:
- Core HR
- Absence Management
- ESS & MSS
Ability to write and customize Fast Formulas
Strong understanding of AIM / OUM methodologies, phases, and documentation
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skill
