Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant – Core HR & Absences

We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant – Oracle Fusion HCM with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. The role requires deep functional expertise, client-facing capability, and hands-on ownership of solution design and delivery.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion / Oracle E-Business Suite HCM
  

• Minimum 4 full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations as a Functional Consultant
  

• Strong expertise in:
  

  • Business process analysis
    

  • Requirement gathering & solution design
    

  • End-to-end implementation ownership
    

• Hands-on implementation experience in:
  

  • Core HR
    

  • Absence Management
    

  • ESS & MSS
    

• Ability to write and customize Fast Formulas
  

• Strong understanding of AIM / OUM methodologies, phases, and documentation
  

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skill
