Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant (Core HR & Payroll)

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Core HR, Payroll, and related HCM modules. The consultant will support day-to-day operations, resolve functional issues, handle configurations, and work closely with business teams on enhancements and new requirements. Work Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi Experience: 3- 6 years Key Responsibilities: Provide functional support for: Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Job Requisition, Compensation, Benefits, Time Off, Leave, Overtime, Bonus, Salary, Allowance, Deduction, Taxation, Pension, Gratuity, and other related HCM modules. The consultant will also work closely with the business teams to identify and implement process improvements, resolve issues, and provide training on new features and functionalities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM, including its architecture, data models, and integration points. Additionally, the candidate should be able to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for implementation.
