This role is for one of Weekday’s clients Salary range: Rs 2500000 - Rs 4500000 (ie INR 25-45 LPA) Min Experience: 6 years Location: Remote (India) JobType: full-time Requirements We are seeking experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultants across multiple modules who possess deep expertise in end-to-end implementation, configuration, and client engagement. The ideal candidates will have strong functional and business process knowledge within Oracle Cloud HCM, covering the complete Hire-to-Retire lifecycle, including Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning, Compensation, and Benefits. Additionally, they should be well-versed in configuring and implementing various modules such as Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Payroll. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. They must also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. Requirements include: • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules and their integration points • Experience with configuration and implementation of various modules such as Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning, Compensation, and Benefits • Knowledge of Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Payroll modules • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner • Experience working with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of Rs 2500000 - Rs 4500000 (ie INR 25-45 LPA), plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
