The Team Our ERP & Planning Solutions team is responsible for delivering Oracle ERP solutions to our clients. We are looking for a Senior Program-Account Lead to join our team. As a Senior Program-Account Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of program managers and account managers to deliver Oracle ERP solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for Oracle ERP solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for managing a team of program managers and account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle ERP solutions and the ability to develop and execute a sales strategy. You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and experience: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field * At least 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the technology industry * Strong understanding of Oracle ERP solutions and the ability to develop and execute a sales strategy * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong understanding of the Belgian market and the ability to develop and execute a sales strategy for Oracle ERP solutions in Belgium.
