Oracle EBS Technical Consultant Location: Pune About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions. You will work closely with functional consultants, business users, and IT teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and enhancements. Key responsibilities will include: • Providing technical guidance and support to project teams on Oracle EBS implementation, configuration, and customization. • Collaborating with functional consultants to develop and implement Oracle EBS solutions that meet business requirements. • Working closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle EBS with other systems and technologies. • Providing training and support to end-users on Oracle EBS functionality and best practices. • Staying up-to-date with the latest Oracle EBS releases, patches, and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. • Participating in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. • Collaborating with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery. • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base for Oracle EBS solutions. • Participating in the development of technical standards, guidelines, and best practices for Oracle EBS implementation. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS implementation, configuration, and customization. • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS modules, including Financials, Supply Chain Management, and Human Capital Management. • Experience with Oracle EBS tools and utilities, such as Oracle EBS Studio, Oracle EBS Configuration Manager, and Oracle EBS Reports. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure high-quality deliverables. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Certification in Oracle EBS or related technology is a plus.
