SCM Manufacturing Functional Consultant (10–12 Years)
Location: Mexico
Role Summary
Senior SCM Manufacturing Functional Consultant responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting end‑to‑end Supply Chain & Manufacturing processes across ERP platforms (Oracle EBS/Fusion SCM, SAP, or similar).
Work with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver optimized, standardized, and scalable SCM/MFG solutions.
Required Skills
Functional Expertise
- Manufacturing: BOM, WIP, Routing, Costing, Quality, Shop Floor
- SCM: Inventory, Purchasing, Order Mgmt, Warehouse Mgmt, Planning, Logistics, Procurement
- Oracle EBS R12 SCM & Manufacturing
- Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM / SAP SCM / PP / MM or Microsoft Dynamics SCM
Business Process Expertise
- P2P, O2C, Plan‑to‑Produce, Forecast‑to‑Fulfill
Technical Understanding
- ERP integrations, data migration, reporting/analytics
- SQL (preferred), API/EDI (preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in engineering, SCM, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
- MBA in Operations/Supply Chain preferred.
- Oracle/SAP SCM certifications preferred.
