Oracle Database Administrator

About the role: Working as part of the Redfaire Technical Delivery team, this role will provide primary database (Oracle and MS SQL Server) and infrastructure support, ensuring customer systems (hosted in cloud and on-premise environments) are running smoothly, efficiently, and securely. This includes monitoring and troubleshooting database performance issues, performing routine maintenance tasks such as backups and patching, and collaborating with other teams to resolve technical issues. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Oracle databases, including designing, implementing, and maintaining complex database architectures. Additionally, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and communicate effectively are essential for this role.
