We are looking for an Oracle Data Migration Lead , who wants to learn and transform their career, in order to lead data migration projects with expertise in Oracle technologies, such as ETL, Data Integration, and Data Warehousing. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing and implementing data migration strategies, working closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of data into target systems. Strong understanding of Oracle database concepts, including schema design, data modeling, and query optimization is required. Experience with Oracle tools such as SQL Developer, PL/SQL, and APEX is a plus. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing project plans, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and clients. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required. 5+ years of experience in Oracle data migration, preferably as a lead or manager.
