Oracle CC&B Technical Consultant - Canada

The key objective of this role is to identify, prioritize, design, and develop enhancements and integrations supporting our client’s Oracle Utilities solutions. The position is based in Toronto, with a virtual work environment. Must be able to travel to Canadian-based client work locations as required. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Serve as a Technical Consultant for the Client’s Oracle Utilities solution, which consists of Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS) Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B). Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of their Oracle Utilities solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and prioritize enhancement requests from clients. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations. Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects. Provide technical support and training to clients on the use of Oracle Utilities solutions. Identify and document best practices for implementing Oracle Utilities solutions. Stay current with industry trends and developments related to Oracle Utilities solutions. Develop and maintain expertise in Oracle Utilities products and services. Participate in knowledge sharing and collaboration with other Technical Consultants within the organization. Provide input to the development of technical documentation, training materials, and other resources. Contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures for delivering Oracle Utilities solutions. Travel to client locations as required to provide on-site support and training. Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client’s business needs and goals. Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients based on their specific requirements. Collaborate with other Technical Consultants to develop and deliver training programs for clients. Participate in the development of sales materials, proposals, and presentations. Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and promotional materials. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Oracle Utilities products and services. Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients based on their specific requirements. Collaborate with other Technical Consultants to develop and deliver training programs for clients. Participate in the development of sales materials, proposals, and presentations. Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
