About the Role Telecom mediation and rating platforms process billions of events every single day —usage records, network events, charging inputs, partner settlements, and more. These events must be accurately processed, analyzed, and reported on in real-time to ensure timely billing and revenue recognition. As an Oracle Billing - OCOMC team member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our billing systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, test, and maintain complex billing logic using Oracle's OCO (Oracle Communications Online) platform • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to billing and revenue recognition • Analyze and troubleshoot billing discrepancies and errors • Provide expert-level support for billing-related inquiries and escalations • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies that impact our billing systems and processes. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 3+ years of experience in billing, revenue recognition, or a related field • Strong understanding of Oracle's OCO platform and its applications • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines • Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and other programming languages is a plus. Certifications: • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
