We are looking for an Oracle APEX Developer for the development, administration, configuration, and maintenance of an APEX environment as well as related applications within the 'Pla-To' project in the logistics field. The focus lies on ensuring the stable operation and continuous further development of the system architecture.

Your tasks

• Ensure the IT-technical operation of the application (including error analysis, delivery of hotfixes, and user support)

• Independent implementation of the entire patch management process

• Create concepts based on the technical coordination with the requesters from various departments

• Define necessary adjustments to the system architecture and documentation (data flow diagrams, system pictures) in the system documentation and online systems of the client

• Translate functional requirements and expanded system architecture into technical concepts

• Adapt and document technical components based on used technologies while adhering to given standards

• Create test concepts, perform, and document test cases

• Create, perform, and document performance tests

Must-Requirements

• Very good fundamental knowledge and extensive project experience with Oracle Application Express (versions 18.2, 22.2, and 24.1) in the areas of development, installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance, proven by at least 5 years of practical experience in the CV

• Fundamental knowledge in MapLibre GL JS, REST-Web services, Swagger 2.0, YAML, and Universal Theme Upgrade, with at least 5 years of practical experience in the CV

• Very good knowledge in the areas of programming with JavaScript and CSS, proven by 5 years of practical experience in the CV

• Very good knowledge in the areas of Oracle Spatial and SQL performance optimization, proven by 5 years of practical experience in the CV

Can-Requirements

• Good knowledge of Windows and network architectures as well as setting up and maintaining network configurations with at least 3 years of documented experience

• Secure negotiation skills in German, as well as good English skills

The performance delivery will take place remotely. The employment should start shortly to enable a comprehensive handover before the current consultant leaves on October 31, 2026.
