Position Available at Optometry Practice in Sydney Our client is an optometry practice located in Sydney’s CBD, offers a collection of luxury frames and sunglasses, providing style guidance and optical care. The practice is looking for an experienced Optical Dispenser to join the team on either a part-time or full-time basis, with flexibility to work two days per week at a sister practice in St Leonards. The practice prides itself on its commitment to excellence, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Optical Dispenser to join our team in Sydney CBD. As an Optical Dispenser, you will be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer service and style guidance to patients; Assisting optometrists with patient consultations and frame selection; Maintaining a high level of knowledge about frames, lenses, and coatings; Processing prescriptions and orders accurately and efficiently; Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A Diploma or Degree in Optical Dispensing or related field; At least 2 years’ experience as an Optical Dispenser; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
