Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead our team in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, implementing process improvements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime. * Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives through training, coaching, and mentoring team members. * Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures. * Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics. * Foster a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in operations management, manufacturing, or a related field. * Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing change initiatives. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. * Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
