Training to become a CE driver in the Tilburg region

Do you have your C driver's license and do you want to obtain your CE driver's license? Through Level.works, you will complete a fully paid training for your CE driver's license. Afterward, you will immediately start working at a transport company in the Brabant region (Tilburg, Waalwijk, Eindhoven). We will guide you from your first conversation at Level.works to your first day at work behind the wheel of a CE truck.

You will be trained for a job as a CE driver in the Brabant region. During your training, we will look for a transport company that suits your availability.

As a CE driver, you will do work that requires craftsmanship. You will drive a large CE truck with a trailer weighing over 750 kg. You will be less involved in loading and unloading and more focused on covering kilometers.

Working hours vary by employer. You might start earlier or later, work ten-hour days or longer, and potentially work weekends. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is proactive, excels in the CE driver profession, is flexible, and speaks Dutch well.

Through our Talent Academy, you will complete our paid training for your CE driver's license. We will guide you through selection, theory, and practice. After obtaining your license, we will also provide financial support during the transition to your new job. You will receive a compensation for up to four weeks based on a 24-hour workweek until you start with a suitable employer. This allows you to complete your training with peace of mind and start as a CE driver with your employer.

Requirements:

• You have at least a C driver's license
• You speak and understand Dutch well
• You can work in the Brabant region
• You are fully available for training and work
• You are open to driving more kilometers and flexible working hours

• CE driver's license fully paid by Level.works (worth €5,000)
• Up to €1,834.27 gross during the transition

Our Application Process

Register for an intake. We will discuss your motivation, availability, and what kind of transport work suits you. Afterward, there will be a knowledge test, driving test, and selection interview. If successful, you will start the training for your CE driver's license. During the process, we will find a suitable employer in or around the Brabant region. After obtaining your license, you can start as soon as a good match is found.
