Job description
Do you enjoy driving and want to work with people in your own region? Then we make it as easy as possible for you: from registration to your first trip. At Level.works, you will follow a fully paid training to become a bus driver in the Roermond area. Driving license D and Code 95? We will pay for those for you.
You will soon be driving city or regional transport in the Roermond and Herten area. You will have clear shifts and varied working hours that suit your life. Whether you are just starting out, want to switch careers, or are looking for meaningful work: this program is for people who enjoy driving, take responsibility, and love interacting with passengers.
As a bus driver, you transport people safely and comfortably from A to B. You greet passengers, help where needed, and maintain an overview of the bus. You are the friendly face on the bus and take your profession seriously. During your application and during your training, you are not alone. The Level.works team will guide you step by step until you are confident behind the wheel.
After obtaining your driving license D and Code 95, you will start working immediately and gain practical experience in public transport. You will work in varying shifts, sometimes during the day, sometimes in the evening or on weekends. We will agree on this clearly with each other, so you know where you stand.
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years old
- Available for at least 24 hours per week
- In possession of a B driving license and own transportation
- You speak fluent Dutch
- Willing to work evening and weekend shifts
Conditions:
- Training for driving license D and code 95 fully reimbursed
- Salary €3,450 - €3,950 gross per month (40 hours, incl. shift allowance and holiday pay)
- Job guarantee for 24 to 40 hours per week
- Clear rosters and varied shifts
- Personal guidance from intake to first trip
Our application process
Apply for a short intake interview. Afterward, you will have an interview, at our office or online, and we will explain the training and the work to you at a relaxed pace. Then you will take a suitability test and a driving test. If that goes well? Then there will be an interview with the transport company, you will receive your contract, and we will immediately schedule the start of your training.
