Training to become a bus driver in the Utrecht region

A fully paid training sounds nice, but of course, you also want to know how the process really works. At Level.works, we make it clear and easy: after your application, we start with a short intake. Does it suit you? Then we will calmly discuss with you how the training, theory, practice, scheduling, guidance, and salary look.

After that, you will work towards your first ride as a bus driver in the Utrecht region. You can start working from Utrecht, Vianen, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede, Mijdrecht, Lopik, or Almere. You will receive clear shifts and varied working hours. This path is suitable for people who enjoy driving, take responsibility, and like contact with passengers.

What will you do?

As a bus driver, you will transport people safely and comfortably from A to B. You will greet passengers, help where needed, and maintain an overview in the bus. You are the friendly face behind the wheel and take your profession seriously. You work in variable shifts based on clear agreements: sometimes during the day, sometimes in the evening, or on weekends.

After your training, you will independently get on the bus, learn the routes, and join the team. You are not alone. The Level.works team will guide you step by step, from your first intake to your first ride.

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years old
• Available at least 24 hours per week
• In possession of a B driver's license and own transportation
• You speak fluent Dutch (for the training!)
• Willing to work evening and weekend shifts

Conditions:

• Training for D driver's license and code 95 fully reimbursed
• Salary €3,500 – €4,000 gross per month (40h, incl. overtime allowance and holiday pay)
• Job guarantee for 24 to 40 hours per week
• Clear schedules and varied shifts
• Personal guidance from intake to first ride

Our application process

Apply for a short intake interview, we will contact you within 24 hours via WhatsApp! Then you will have an interview, at our office or online, and we will calmly explain the training and the work to you. Subsequently, you will undergo a suitability test and a driving test. If that goes well? Then there will be an interview with the carrier, you will receive your contract, and we will immediately schedule the start of your training.
