Training to become a bus driver in the Sittard area

Do you enjoy driving and want to work with people in your region? At Level.works, we make it easy for you: from registration to your first trip. You will follow a fully paid training to become a bus driver in the Limburg region. We will pay for your Driver's License D and Code 95.

You will soon be driving city or regional transport within the Limburg region. You can start working from Venlo, Roermond, or Maastricht. You will receive clear shifts and varied working hours. Whether you are just starting, want to switch careers, or are looking for meaningful work: this program is for people who enjoy driving, take responsibility, and like contact with passengers.

As a bus driver, you will safely and comfortably transport people from A to B. You will greet passengers, help where needed, and maintain an overview of the bus. You are the friendly face behind the wheel and take your profession seriously. You will work in rotating shifts based on clear agreements: sometimes during the day, sometimes in the evening, or on weekends.

After your training, you will independently get on the bus, get to know the routes, and join the team. You are not alone. The Level.works team will guide you step by step, from your first intake to your first trip.

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years old
• Available at least 24 hours per week
• Possess a B driver's license and own transportation
• You speak Dutch fluently
• Willing to work evening and weekend shifts as well

Conditions:

• Training for Driver's License D and Code 95 fully reimbursed
• Salary €3,500 - €4,000 gross per month (40 hours, including shift allowance and holiday pay)
• Job guarantee for 24 to 40 hours per week
• Clear schedules and varied shifts
• Personal guidance from intake to first trip

Our application process

Register for a short intake interview. Afterwards, you will have an interview, either at our office or online, where we will calmly explain the training and the job to you. Then, you will undergo a suitability test and a driving test. If that goes well? Then you will have an interview with the transport company, receive your contract, and we will immediately plan the start of your training.
