Training to become a bus driver, Heerlen area

A fully paid training sounds good, but you naturally want to know how the program actually works. At Level.works, we make it clear and easy: after your application, we start with a short intake. Does it suit you? Then we will calmly discuss with you what the training, theory, practice, planning, guidance, and salary look like.

After that, you will work towards your first ride as a bus driver in the Limburg region. After your training, you can start working from Venlo, Roermond, or Maastricht. You will get clear shifts and varied working hours. This program is suitable for people who enjoy driving, take responsibility, and like interacting with passengers.

What will you do?

As a bus driver, you will safely and pleasantly transport people from A to B. You will greet passengers, help where needed, and maintain an overview of the bus. You are the friendly face behind the wheel and take your profession seriously. You will work in varying shifts based on clear agreements: sometimes during the day, sometimes in the evening or on weekends.

After your training, you will independently get on the bus, learn the routes, and join the team. You are not alone. The Level.works team will guide you step by step, from your first intake to your first ride.

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years old
• Available at least 24 hours per week
• In possession of a B driving license and own transportation
• You speak fluent Dutch,
• Willing to also work evening and weekend shifts

Conditions:

• Training for D driving license and code 95 fully reimbursed
• Salary €3,500 – €4,000 gross per month (40h, incl. ORT and holiday pay)
• Job guarantee for 24 to 40 hours per week
• Clear schedules and varied shifts
• Personal guidance from intake to first ride

Our application process

Sign up for a short intake interview, we will contact you within 24 hours via WhatsApp! After that, you will have an interview, at our office or online, and we will calmly explain the training and the work to you. Then you will undergo a suitability test and a driving test. If that goes well? Then there will be an interview with the carrier, you will receive your contract, and we will immediately plan the start of your training.
