Training to become a bus driver in the Goes area

A fully paid training sounds great, but of course, you also want to know how the process actually works. At Level.works, we make it clear and easy: after your application, we start with a short intake. Does it suit you? Then we will calmly go through with you what the training, theory, practice, scheduling, guidance, and salary look like.

After that, you will work towards your first ride as a bus driver in the West Brabant region. After your training, you can start working from Bergen op Zoom. You will have clear shifts and varied working hours. This program is suitable for people who enjoy driving, take responsibility, and like contact with passengers.

What will you do?

As a bus driver, you will transport people safely and comfortably from A to B. You greet passengers, help where needed, and maintain an overview of the bus. You are the friendly face behind the wheel and take your profession seriously. You work in varying shifts based on clear agreements: sometimes during the day, sometimes in the evening, or on weekends.

After your training, you will independently get on the bus, learn the routes, and join the team. You are not alone. The Level.works team will guide you step by step, from your first intake to your first ride.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• Available at least 24 hours per week
• In possession of a B driving license and own transportation
• You speak fluent Dutch,
• Willing to also work evening and weekend shifts

Conditions:

• Training for D driving license and code 95 fully reimbursed
• Salary €3,500 – €4,000 gross per month (40h, incl. ORT and holiday pay)
• Job guarantee for 24 to 40 hours per week
• Clear schedules and varied shifts
• Personal guidance from intake to first ride

Our application process

Register for a short intake interview, we will contact you within 24 hours via WhatsApp for a few questions! Then our team will call you for an intake! If there is a connection, you will have an interview, at our office or online, and we will calmly explain the training and the work to you. Subsequently, you will undergo a suitability test and driving test. Does that go well? Then there will be an interview with the transport company, you will receive your contract, and we will directly schedule the start of your training.
