Training to become a bus driver in the Geldermalsen area

Do you enjoy driving and want to work with people in your own region? Then we make it as easy as possible for you: from registration to your first ride. At Level.works, you will complete a fully paid training to become a bus driver in the Rivierenland region. Driver's license D and Code 95? We will pay for those for you.

You will soon be driving city or regional transport in the Rivierenland region, with home bases in Geldermalsen or Zaltbommel. You will have clear shifts and varied working hours that fit your life. Whether you are just starting out, want to switch careers, or are looking for meaningful work: this program is for people who like to drive, take responsibility, and enjoy contact with passengers.

As a bus driver, you will transport people safely and pleasantly from A to B. You will greet passengers, help where needed, and maintain an overview of the bus. You are the friendly face on the bus and take your profession seriously. During your application and during your training, you are not alone. The Level.works team will guide you step by step until you are confident behind the wheel.

After obtaining your driver's license D and Code 95, you will start immediately and gain practical experience in public transport. You will work in rotating shifts, sometimes during the day, sometimes in the evening or on weekends. We will agree on this clearly with each other, so you know where you stand.

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years old
• Available at least 24 hours per week
• Possess a driver's license B and own transportation
• You speak fluent Dutch
• Willing to work evening and weekend shifts as well

Conditions:

• Training for driver's license D and Code 95 fully reimbursed
• Salary €3,450 - €3,950 gross per month (40h, incl. shift allowances and holiday pay)
• Job guarantee for 24 to 40 hours per week
• Clear schedules and varied shifts
• Personal guidance from intake to first ride

Our application process

Sign up for a short intake interview. After that, you will have an interview, at our office or online, and we will calmly explain the training and the work to you. You will then complete a suitability test and a driving test. If that goes well? Then there will be an interview with the transport company, you will receive your contract, and we will immediately schedule the start of your training.
