Operator/Production Operator Job

We are looking for people to work as Production Operators for our client Philips Medisize.

The job takes place on a production hall with sanitary regime (personal protective equipment: apron, head and beard caps; no makeup required).

Location: Siemianowice Śląskie, Ul. Innowacyjna 20

Zadania:

• Realization of production plans within the designated time frame
• Care for quality, safety and order on the job site
• Familiarity with procedures and rules applicable in the company
• Work with a scanner, computer support, and manual handling of production equipment (no UDT required)
• Simple production tasks, assigning materials to machines, packaging components

Wymagania:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in serial production work (preferably in the automotive industry)
• Techincal and manual skills
• Communication, teamwork, punctuality, accuracy, engagement
• Knowledge of Polish language at a communicative level

Oferujemy:

• Stable employment on a temporary work contract (we deduct all contributions)
• Work from Monday to Friday on the II shift (7.00-19.00, 19.00-7.00)
• Work in a 4-team system (3 days I shift, 3 days II shift, 3 days off)
• Basic salary of PLN 5,000 + PLN 600 additional for the work system
