Operator/Plant Operator in Cleanroom Production in a 4-Shift Operation (m/w/d)

The Team In this exciting position, you are responsible for operating and monitoring modern production lines in the cleanroom. You actively contribute to ensuring product quality and adhering to production standards. Your tasks include processing production orders according to instructions under cleanroom conditions, as well as operating and monitoring automated production lines. Furthermore, you conduct in-process controls to ensure product quality. You pay attention to compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and ensure order and cleanliness in the production area. This position requires your willingness to work in a 4-shift operation, including weekends, late-night, and night shifts. You will be part of a highly automated, technologically advanced environment that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement. We expect: You have completed vocational training, ideally with a technical background. Experience in production, preferably in the cleanroom, is advantageous. Manual skill, reliability, and sense of responsibility are essential for this position. Good knowledge of German in writing and speaking as well as basic knowledge of MS Office and EDV applications are assumed. First experiences in quality assurance are beneficial. You should be willing to continuously develop yourself and attend training sessions. A driver's license is required.
