OPERATOR/OPERATRICE - FAST FOOD CHAIN

Etjca S.p.a. Our client is a prestigious and consolidated Italian reality that has been operating in the commercial catering sector for over 20 years, with a strong presence throughout the national territory. To expand our team at a fast-food restaurant at Milan-Malpensa Airport (MI), we have been entrusted with selecting an operator/operator to work within the restaurant and report directly to the Corporate Representative, responsible for providing customer service. Specifically, they will be responsible for:

• Welcoming customers and managing orders at the counter or self-service kiosks
• Preparing fast food meals according to company standards
• Providing customer service
• Cleaning and organizing workstations and environments
• Collaborating with the team to ensure efficiency and quality of service
• Maintaining hygiene and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience, even minimal, in the catering sector, preferably at fast-food chains
• Availability to work on 3 shifts, including night shifts
• Tendency to teamwork
• Availability to work on weekends
• Automobile (not required)

Workplace:

• Airport of Milan-Malpensa (MI)

Working hours:

• Full-time 40 hours distributed over 6 working days, with one day off per week, divided into three shifts: morning, afternoon, and night. Part-time opportunities of 30 hours are also expected.

Job contract:

• Determined-term employment contract aimed at hiring on an indefinite-term basis

Income and job classification:

• The job classification will be based on the experience gained in the role
