Humangest S.p.A. Humangest Spa, Vicenza branch, is looking for production operators to work for a chemical industry client operating in the sector of chemical production, involved in the start-up of a new production plant. The company offers insertion into a modern and structured industrial context, with opportunities to acquire technical skills on advanced chemical plants and concrete prospects for stabilization. Main tasks: - conducting and managing a chemical production plant for the realization of new products; - mixing raw materials (resins, sands, and chemical components) according to recipes provided by the chemical laboratory; - using synoptic panels for controlling flows, quantities, and working times; - loading silos through manual movement of sacks (10-25 kg, approximately 5 sacks per hour); - moving raw material and finished product also through a mule (patent obtainable in-house). Requirements: - good manual skills and willingness to work physically; - interest in the chemical and production sector; - availability to work on a daily schedule and daytime shifts; - experience in productive/chimical contexts welcome but not necessary; - precision, reliability, and predisposition to learning. Working hours: - Full time - Daily schedule: 07:00 – 17:00 - Daytime shifts: 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 Contract and benefits: - direct insertion into the company with a one-year contract for hiring purposes; - RAL €24,700 over 13 months; - lunch vouchers at €8 per day; - access to sector funds (TFR, medical visit reimbursement); - training on innovative plant and mule patent obtainable through the company.
