Staff S.p.A, Milan Branch, is seeking for Geriatric Institute: OPERATORI/OPERATRICI ASA. Place of work: Milan, M5 SEGESTA (5 minutes from the metro stop). Required qualifications: - Professional qualification in ASA recognized by the Lombardy Region; - Previous experience in the role (not mandatory); - Attitude to teamwork and reliability; - Sensitivity and attention towards the person. Main duties: - Assistance to the person in daily activities (hygiene, nutrition, mobility); - Collaboration with healthcare staff in managing care plans; - Support in socialization and physical-psychological well-being of guests. Working hours: Full Time 38 weekly hours 7:00-14:00 / 14:00-21:00 (no night shift currently planned); Type of contract: Fixed-term (purpose of hiring) - UNEBA Collective Labour Agreement.
