Etjca spa, Padova Branch, on behalf of a prestigious client operating in the betting and gaming sector, is seeking: Operators of Betting Centers - Padova Description and Characteristics of the Position: The selected resource will have the task of supporting and promoting the activity of affiliated betting centers, contributing to the achievement of performance objectives through training, monitoring, and promotion. Role and Responsibilities: - Promotion of account opening procedures for gaming through activation and management of customer accounts; - Management of gaming machines and assistance and support to customers; - Support to customers on new products, promotions, events, and various gaming methods Reporting hierarchy: Functional Relations: Internal: Store Team External: Customer Requirements needed to participate in the Selections: - Autonomy - Previous experience in commercial, sales, or promotion; - Knowledge of main computer tools and familiarity with digital technologies; - Excellent organizational and communication skills, along with strong relational skills; - Strong commercial attitude and orientation towards results; - Strong propensity for innovation and continuous search for better solutions. Working hours: full-time 40H on shifts, 6 days a week, definition of working hours to be agreed upon based on the needs of the Store. . Type of employment contract: initial fixed-term contract of 6 months with possibility of extension Package compensation budget: V L level of CCNL Commerce - Incentive based on results achieved; - Lunch vouchers for € 8; - Corporate welfare.
