Etjca spa, Rome Galati Branch, is seeking on behalf of a prestigious client operating in the betting and gaming sector: Bookmaking Center Operators - Padova Description and Characteristics of the Position: The selected resource will have the task of supporting and promoting the activity of affiliated bookmaking points, contributing to the achievement of performance goals through training, monitoring, and promotion. Role and Responsibilities: - Promotion of account opening procedures for gaming through activation and management of customer accounts; - Management of gaming machines and assistance/support to customers; - Support to customers on new products, promotions, events, and various gaming methods Reporting hierarchy: Functional Supervisor Internal Relations: Store Team External Relations: Customer Requirements needed to participate in Selections: - Previous experience in commercial, sales, or promotion fields; - Knowledge of main computer tools and familiarity with digital technologies; - Excellent organizational and communication skills, along with strong relational skills; - Strong commercial orientation and result-oriented attitude; - Strong propensity for innovation and continuous search for better solutions. - Self-motivated Work schedule: full-time 40 hours on shifts, 6 days a week, definition of working hours to be agreed upon based on store needs. Contract type: initial contract with a fixed term of 6 months with possibility of extension Package compensation budget: V L level of the CCNL Commerce Agreement - Incentive based on results achieved; - Meal vouchers worth €8; - Company welfare.
