Etjca S.p.a. Etjca spa, Pistoia Branch, is looking for a Promoter of Betting Centers - Pistoia Description and Characteristics of the Position: The selected resource will have the task of supporting and promoting the activity of affiliated betting points, contributing to the achievement of performance goals through training, monitoring, and promotion activities. Role and Responsibilities: - Promotion of account opening through activation procedure and management of customer accounts; - Management of gaming machines and assistance and support to customers; - Support to customers on new products, promotions, events, and various game modes Reporting hierarchy: Functional Relations: Internal: Store Team External: Customer Requirements for participating in Selections: - Previous experience in commercial, sales, or promotion fields; - Knowledge of main computer tools and familiarity with digital technologies; - Excellent organizational and communication skills, along with strong relational skills; - Strong commercial attitude and orientation to results; - Strong propensity for innovation and continuous search for better solutions. - Self-motivated Work schedule: full-time 40 hours on shifts, 6 days a week, definition of working hours to be agreed upon based on store needs. Contract type: initial contract with a fixed term of 6 months with possibility of extension Salary package: V L level of the CCNL Commerce - Incentive based on results achieved; - Meal vouchers worth €8; - Company welfare.
