OPERATORE/TRICE SOCIOSANITARIO/A - SANITA' PRIVATA

Humangest Spa, Vicenza branch, is seeking Operators/Operatrices Socio-Sanitari/e (OSS) for private socio-sanitary structures in Vicenza (VI). Duties: - basic assistance to guests in daily activities; - support with personal hygiene, mobilization, and nutrition; - monitoring of parameters and reporting any changes to the medical staff; - collaboration with nurses and healthcare operators; - maintenance of order and cleanliness of dedicated spaces. Required qualifications: - recognized professional qualification OSS; - predisposition to care and support work for individuals; - resistance to stress and good teamwork capacity; - availability for shifts, including night and holiday shifts; - previous experience in RSA, community, or health structures preferred. Working hours: full-time or part-time, on shifts. Employment contract type: initial placement with possibility of stabilization – CCNL Sanità Privata.
