Job Title and Role Purpose: Junior CRM Operator

To expand our team, we are looking for a dynamic and organized CRM Operator, who will be responsible for managing and developing customer relationships through the use of the company CRM system.

The candidate we wish to connect with does not necessarily need to have prior experience but must have a strong propensity for customer relations.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and update the customer database;

• Enter and monitor data in the CRM management system;

• Contact active customers and prospects by phone and/or email;

• Support the sales network;

• Plan follow-ups and loyalty activities;

• Analyze the data base and reporting;

• Manage appointments and commercial reminders.

Technical Skills (Hard Skills)

• Previous experience in a similar role or experience in customer contact is preferred;

• Excellent knowledge of the main IT tools (Office package);

• Familiarity with CRM software (preferred).

Personal Skills (Soft Skills)

• Excellent communication and relational skills;

• High propensity for customer relations;

• Strong aptitude for teamwork;

• Clear communication with operational staff, department heads, and suppliers;

• Problem-solving and priority management in dynamic environments;

• Precision, organization, and customer orientation.

Contract Conditions

• Work location: Bari, viale Japigia.

• Contract type: initial engagement with a continuous collaboration of 1 month, with absolute possibility of extensions and subsequent internal placement.
