OPERATORE/TRICE CNC - PLOTTER

For a company of our client, leader in the processing of sound-absorbing panels, which designs products and spaces with innovative materials while caring for the environment, we are looking for an: Job Title and role purpose: OPERATORE/TRICE CNC - PLOTTER The resource we want to contact has experience working on CNC machines (Plotter brand Zund). Main Corporate Values Collaboration, inclusion, and respect for people Sustainability and social responsibility Durability and longevity of products Organizational Chart Reports to Department Manager Main Responsibilities - Work on CNC machines (Plotter CNC brand Zund); - Manage the movement, processing, and quality control of sound-absorbing panels; - Create cutting plans using machine software/CAD, order or production documents; - Perform palletization/packaging operations; - Use transpallets or manual means for moving crates; - Monitor stock/inventory operations; - Prepare and control materials necessary for production. Technical Skills (Hard Skills) - Diploma of technical institute; - At least 1 year of experience in the role, with a plus for provenance from sectors such as woodworking, textiles, packaging, manufacturing; - Excellent knowledge of technical drawing; - Good organizational skills, precision, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities. Personal Abilities (Soft Skills) - Precision and attention to detail - Ability to work in teams and independently - Flexibility and adaptability Conditions of employment • Place of work: Monza Brianza area. • Work schedule and work-life balance: Monday to Friday on two shifts (morning and afternoon). • Employment contract type: Indefinite-term contract. • Salary package budget: The economic framework will be examined and weighed after the interviews and comparison with the preparation and experience of the candidates competing for the position. Annual Gross Salary reference: from 30,000 to 40,000 €. • Benefit: Free meal tickets, water, and coffee. Internal canteen.
