Responsibilities

Tasks:

Informazione, assistenza, operazioni e supporto ai clienti dal momento dell'iscrizione al servizio e durante tutto il loro percorso bancario.

Availability to start training on August 19th with an office schedule from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM located near the Avenida de la Ilustración metro station.

Bilingual level of Italian.

Experience in complex customer service, preferably in the banking/financial sector, although during the training period it will be possible to acquire the necessary knowledge.

Organization and collaboration. Teamwork.

Ability to work under pressure.

Middle-level computer skills.

Initial contract with a fixed term.

Working hours of 38.5 hours/week from Monday to Sunday, with weekend rotation.

Morning shift with time frame between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Afterschool shift with time frame between 3:00 PM and 12:00 AM.

Night shift with time frame between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Initial training in person from August 19th (we provide a scholarship for initial training).

Remuneration: according to the collective contract, €8.25 gross/hour, with paid holidays and supplements for Sundays, languages, public holidays, etc.
