Inbound Call Center Operator/Operator

Humangest, a job agency based in Reggio Emilia, is seeking an Inbound Call Center Operator/Operator for a client company. Required qualifications: - Mandatory diploma (5 years) - Previous experience in call centers - Excellent communication and relational skills - Good knowledge of spoken and written Italian language - Basic knowledge of the Office package Main activities: - Handling incoming calls to provide assistance to customers - Providing informative support and assistance on products/services - Entering data and updating customer records - Resolving basic problems in first-line support Schedule: Part-time 20 hours a week, with service hours from Monday to Sunday in a time slot of 8.00-22.00 with two days off rotation Initial contract for temporary work Location: Palermo SGB Humangest offers equal employment opportunities and is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
