CNC Turret Operator

Orienta Orienta SPA - Mirandola Branch is looking for a CNC Turret Operator with proven experience in operating and processing on CNC turret machines. Main duties: - Operating CNC turret machines with 2/3/4/5 axes. - Complete setup of the machine (tool mounting, zeroing, piece placement). - Dimensional quality control of the piece using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, comparators). - In-depth reading of mechanical drawings. - Modifying parameters, speeds, and advancements on-machine. - Using Fanuc programming language for corrections and small modifications. - Maintaining order and safety at the workstation. Required qualifications: - At least 5 years of experience on CNC turret machines in precision mechanics (no heavy carpentry). - Excellent ability to read mechanical drawings. - Excellent knowledge of main measurement tools. - Competence in complete machine setup. - Knowledge of Fanuc language.
