Job Title and Role Purpose: SENIOR INJECTION MOLDING OPERATOR We are looking for a resource with experience in injection molding presses. Main Corporate Values Qualities Transparency Passion Organizational Chart Reports to Maintenance Supervisor Main Responsibilities • Start, monitor, and supervise the work cycle of injection molding presses for the production of plastic components. • Regulate machine parameters (temperature, pressure, speed, cycle time) to ensure maximum performance and product quality. • Perform visual and dimensional control on stamped parts, reporting and correcting any defects or non-conformities in a timely manner. • Carry out simple routine maintenance and cleaning of molds and machines. • Load plastic material and unload finished parts, ensuring proper management and storage. Technical Skills (Hard Skills) • Technical diploma • Knowledge of programming phases • Experience with injection molding presses • Familiarity with different types of plastics and press regulation logic.
