It is possible to perform long-term or temporary stays following acute events or pre/post-operative care, as well as relief stays. Below is the site of the structure: https://anniazzurri.it/residenza-anni-azzurri-quarto-d-altino REQUISITI: - In possession of the title of Operator Socio Sanitario (Oss) - preferable possession of a secondary school diploma; - appreciated previous experience in the role; - self-motivated; - adequate knowledge of the Italian language. The search is aimed at both sexes (Law 903/77 and art.8 D.lgs 196/00). TIPOLOGIA CONTRATTUALE, LIVELLO, RETRIBUZIONE E BENEFIT - employment on an indefinite contract from now, with initial mentoring if necessary; - Classification at level 4S of the CCNL Confcommercio Salute, Sanità e Cura with Annual Gross Salary starting from €19,766; - The annual gross salary indicated is divided into 12 monthly payments made on the 10th of each month, plus the 14th and 13th recognized in July and December; - Additional compensation for shifts: approximately €1,000 euros per year (festival shift bonus +15%; night shift bonus +20%; night shift festival bonus +25%; - Daily meal vouchers: digital meal vouchers are provided for every working day; - Potential annual prize: The production prize is a sum paid to the employee based on the achievement of specific individual and/or structural indicators. Starting from 2025, a potential prize of €500,00 net per year will be assigned, recognized approximately in December of each year; - Integrative assistance fund (Fondo Est): In addition to the above elements, the employee is enrolled in the Fondo Est, through which they can enjoy free health services integrated with the National Health Service (example: specialist visits, diagnostic tests, dental services). Our employees typically reimburse around €600 euros per year for medical expenses; - Company-provided accommodation for the first 6 months of contract, with only a single monthly fee of €80; - Access to n.2 platforms of reserved discounts for our KOS employees; - Corporate training courses provided by our Kos Academy, the first school of formation in the private healthcare sector. RESPONSABILITA' DEL RUOLO - The Operator socio sanitario: - operates at direct assistance to the person, satisfies the needs of guests in particular hygiene, movement, nutrition, and hydration; - realizes simple diagnostic and therapeutic activities; - reads and takes charge of orders and individual care plans (PAI); - collaborates on activities aimed at maintaining residual physical and psychological capacities, reeducation, rehabilitation, and functional recovery; - ensures the confidentiality of all information related to the guest and their family members. COMPETENZE TECNICO PROFESSIONALI - ability to identify primary patient needs; - knowledge of rules for patient hygiene, environments, and medical equipment; - knowledge of risk conditions and common syndromes resulting from prolonged bed rest and immobilization; - knowledge of main simple health education and prevention interventions in patients with compromised well-being; - knowledge and application of sanitary protocols; - knowledge and application of company procedures. COMPETENZE TRASVERSALI Empathy towards the patient, good relational skills, predisposition to teamwork, emotional management, and self-control. CONTESTO ORGANIZZATIVO The operator responds to the coordinator of operators or in their absence to the nurse coordinator; Part of the team of assistance operators; Collaborates with other operators, nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, educators, and other healthcare and assistance profiles.
