Staff S.p.A. agency for work, Torino branch, is seeking a MONOMANDRINI DEPARTMENT OPERATOR for a client company. Job objectives: - Ensure the production of high-quality components within your department - Ensure compliance with production times Main responsibilities: Correctly manage the mechanical processing and turning process on CNC monomandrini machines with fixed head and mobile spindle, Change product, verifying working parameters and loading machines with required materials. Equip machines Perform all necessary operations to ensure the maintenance of quality level throughout the production and control phase, recording controls and immediately reporting any NC that may compromise the process/product. Monitor the operational efficiency of machines and plants, reporting malfunctions and planned interventions. Main KPIs: Departmental productivity costs Quality non-quality punctuality in closing production orders Requirements: Mechanical technician diploma or equivalent, or professional institute/mechanical school post-diploma Knowledge of ISO programming language Knowledge of mechanical design Knowledge and autonomous use of measurement tools Manual skills with measuring instruments Patent holder of the muletto At least 5 years' experience on monomandrino lathes and machine CNC programming Classification: METALMECCANICA INDUSTRY - LEVEL C2 - RAL 30,000 / 35,000 € Working hours: Monday to Friday, three shifts (6-14 / 14-22 / 22-6) Location: BIASSONO Candidates are invited to read the privacy information in the dedicated section of the website www.staff.it The search is intended for candidates of both sexes, as per laws 903/77 and 125/91.
